Terms of Use
SendFire is designed for professional use by businesses, marketing teams and sales teams who own or have permission to use the email addresses they contact.
Acceptable use
By using SendFire you agree that you will:
- Only send emails from SMTP accounts and domains you control or are authorised to use.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including anti‑spam, privacy and data protection laws.
- Respect recipient preferences, including unsubscribe requests and do‑not‑contact lists.
You must not use SendFire to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email in violation of applicable anti‑spam laws.
- Send phishing, fraud, malware, or other harmful or abusive content.
- Harass, threaten or mislead recipients, or impersonate another person or brand without permission.
Licensing and access
Each paid or trial license gives you access to the SendFire application for the duration of your plan. The software may automatically disable sending when a license expires or is revoked.
Reliance on your own SMTP providers
SendFire connects to your own SMTP accounts. Your sending is always subject to the limits, rules and enforcement actions of providers such as Gmail, Outlook and others. We cannot guarantee delivery rates or that your accounts will not be limited or suspended if you breach provider policies.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping your license keys, referral credentials and SMTP account passwords secure, and for any activity that happens through them.
Changes to the service
We may update or change SendFire from time to time, including adding or removing features or changing pricing. Where possible we will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
