  • Provide and maintain the SendFire software and related services.
  • Process payments and manage your license, including creating and validating license keys.

  • Operate the referral program, including tracking referrals and processing payout requests.

Your information is used only for operating the service and processing payments and referrals. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data you send through your own SMTP accounts

SendFire connects to your own SMTP accounts to send emails. In normal operation we do not permanently store the content of the emails or recipient lists you send through your own SMTP accounts, other than what is necessary for short‑lived processing, logs or error handling.

Sharing with third parties

We may share limited information with service providers when needed to operate SendFire, for example payment processors (such as NOWPayments) or infrastructure providers. Those providers are only allowed to use your information to provide their services to us.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your license keys, referral credentials and SMTP passwords safe.

You can contact us if you want to update or remove your account details where possible, or if you have questions about how your information is used.
